Sir i need some information regards roc fee and stamp duty as per new act how much burden will fall our company for increasing authorized capital 100000 to 50 lakh rupees sir ..plss tell me how much i pay approx..

but my consultant was said around 190000 rs all together for this regards sir ..its too high sir

Sir you are going to increase authorize capital as per new comapnies act fee in case of increase in authorise capital is .75%.
so in ur case there is increase in authorise capital of 49lack Rs.

yes sir how much to be paid registration fee for 49 lakh capital ..stamp duty is 7350 49 lakh *.15% sir ..

Sir As per Table of Fees
(pursuant to rule 12 of the Companies (Registration of Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014)
For registration of a company whose nominal share capital exceeds Rs. 1,00,000, following additional fees regulated according to the amount of nominal capital:
(a) for every Rs. 10,000 of nominal share capital or part of Rs. 10,000 after the first Rs. 1,00,000 upto Rs.5,00,000 = 400
(b) for every Rs. 10,000 of nominal share capital or part of Rs 10,000 after the first Rs. 5,00,000 upto Rs. 50,00,000= 300
According to this fees applicabe to you will be
(a) 16000 + (b) 135000 = 151000
is am rgt.
