When we apply for din 3 there is one managing director who digitally signs Form Din-3.But what if Din 3 is applied for the 1st director?

If the directors are appointed before 1st July 2007 formalities of DIN-2 and DIN-3 has to be necessarily complied for all directors of the company.

No problem. DIN - 3 can be signed by the person who is one of the director in the form also.
