I am working on CompuRoc.
My client's company had issued share capital of Rs.500000 in 2001 having face value Rs. 100 per share which I had the entered in CompuRoc as authorised, subscribed, issued and paid up capita.

But Now in 2010, the company changed the face value of share of RS. 10 from Rs.100 but there is no change in Authorised, subscribed, issued and paid up capital value.

So Now I want the process of cancellation of old share already issued and of issue of new share to all shareholders in same consideration of his old value, in CompuRoc software.

23 June 2010 Hi, the amount of Sh Capital amount (ie Paid-up amount & ASC) will not change since it is just sub-division of shares.
Some methods I suggest:
1. You may call all the shares and issue them fresh certificates, if members are not more, which involves cost and time, 2ndly, members will never give their certificates as it is without any security.
2. You may send the letters with self affix label displaying no of shares, Face Value Rs.10, and change in distinctive numbers.
3. You may appoint centers / RTA having pan india spread , if members are scattered widely throughout india.
