28 November 2015 Dear Experts, I have a query related to Incorporation of a New Company.
Mr. A & Mr. B had filed INC-1 for New company Named XYZ Pvt. Ltd. MCA had approved it. Now Mr. A dont want to remain with this Company and Mr. C want to join this company. what are the procedures for the New Company. Thanks in advance.

01 December 2015 you just need to take NOC from Mr. A in favor of Mr. B and you need to attach this NOC in Form INC-7.

02 December 2015 Thanks Pratikji, Is there any other documentation for Mr. C who is replacing Mr. A?

02 December 2015 Yes..you need to attach all those documents which are required to be attached in INC-7 as if you are applying for Company with Mr B and Mr. C as subscribers to MOA.

No need to attach any document of Mr. A, except NOC.
