does it require to receive any road permit for stock transfer from m.p. to gujarat state. (from m.p. to gujarat), i.e., will gujarat branch issue any road permit to m.p. branch. please explain.

19 October 2013 please issue only F-form is required to be produced as proof of stock transfer.

as per section 6(1) of cst act submission of F-form is mandatory to prove stock transfer otherwise the transaction will be treated as sale for all purpose.
