10 December 2018 Suppose CA is doing outstation Audit and staying client Premises for few days , and IT raid happen whats right of ca ?

Can Department Seize Phone,Laptop of CA ? because many client data will be on it .

19 October 2021 It can be seized if proper explanation not provided at site. but written application can be made for release of the goods, on the grounds that not directly connected with the purpose of raid.
