05 May 2012 Is it Mandatory for a MSME Private Limited Company to Maintain RG23. I came across a MSME company which said that it is not mandatory for them to maintain RG23

05 May 2012 Presently, it is not mandatory to maintain Rg-23-1. However it is necessary to maintain Rg23-A PartII & Rg 23-C PartII showing availment of cenvat credit & mandatory to maintain DSA (Daily stock account) under rule 10 of Central excise rules 2002.

06 May 2012 Can normal Accounts and stock registers be considered at Par with formal erstwhile prescribed registers like RG23 Parts and RG-1 ?
