14 September 2012 Our company is not using CENVAT as we are paying 2% of excise as per 1/2011 notification. Therefore in such case pls provide me the RG 23A part 1 format.

15 September 2012 when no input credit no need to maintain RG23A part 1, you can maintain simple stock register of your choice instead.
