28 July 2014 whether in RG-1 excise duties department persons will sing on each date on monthly basis.

i have seen RG-1 of chemicals industries where no sign and stamp of excise duty department.

if they wont sing daily or monthly then company will show one RG-1 to auditor and for another book (RG-1) to excise department person.


please clarify me on this matter

28 July 2014 RG-1 should be sign by the authorised representative of the company on daily basis.

29 July 2014 then company can maintain one or more RG-1, in which one have correct data and other one wrong data,it is difficult for the Stock Auditor to know which is correct and which is wrong to find how much Finished goods is left.
