Revocation in Amnesty scheme

08 July 2023 Hello, Revocation application was filed in June 2023 under amnesty scheme, but Jurdisdictional Officer did not take any action upto 8.7.2023. Due to this the returns could not be filed in June.What will be consequences. Can we file appeal or write to Higher Officer.Experts Opinions highly appreciated. Regards.

29 July 2023 After filing of all pending return you can file the Appeal before the appellate authority against the rejection order with time limit.
