Under what condition is the Customs Rate of Exchange amended within a month.

kulkarni ji actually USD rate increasingly day by day then CBEC utilised their power and amend the rate .
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) if you not satisfied then put RTI letter addressed to CBEC

Thanks for the information.What i need to know is ,is there any specified norm in terms of a +/- x% variation in the Interbank rate which will trigger an amendment by CBEC.
