Revised syllabus of isca and idt for final

Recently ICAI has announced new syllabus for Final for ISCA and IDT. I would like to know that this revised syllabus will be applicable to every students or it will be applicable only to new regestered students ?

This revised syllabus is applicable to each and every student you appearing exams on November 2014 attempt and on words attempts.
