whether the Revised Scheme of Education and Training for CA Course is applicable for November 2016 attempt. please let me know.

The revised scheme is not yet notified & hence not applicable.

Thank you very much. But What i want to know is, If it is notified on or before the november 2016, In that case also new syllabus not applicable??

The changes which take place within 6 months of exam are not relevant for exam.
And if notified then ICAI conducts two exams simultaneously i.e Old Syllabus & New Syllabus for 2-3 attempts & then New syllabus will be applicable for all.
So, no need to worry in any case..
