As per Revised Schedule VI Refund Receivable for AY 07-08 of Income tax would be classified as Current Asset or Non Current Asset?

If the assessment under process is expected to be completed in next twelve months or is due for assesment as per income tax rules in next twelve months, the refund can be classified as current.
