If debentures are issued on 1-4-05 and redeemable on 30-6-11.In this case how debentures will be recorded in Balance Sheet as on 31-3-11(i.e. as Current Liability or Non Current Liability)?

Current, since the balance maturity on balance sheet date is less than 12 months.
