25 March 2010 what is last date for revised return for F.Y 2008-2009. Original return filed on 30.09.2009

25 March 2010 Last date for revising return for F. Y. 2008 - 09 u/s 139(5) is 31.03.2011.

Also the section is still 139(1) only and not 139(4) as 139(4) is for belated return whereas here the original return is filed in time

26 March 2010 but Section 139(1) is for filing a original return before or on due date.I want to file revised return?....Pls clear my doubt.

28 March 2010 u can file revised return under u/s 139(5)of income tax act before completion of assessment or within one year from notice u/s 142 which ever is earlier
