I have submitted ITR 2017-2018 manually , now i want to revise online but the efilling website asks for 15 digit acknumber ,but my auck number only 12 digits starts from year 2017
how to file u/s 139(5)
I have submitted ITR 2017-2018 manually , now i want to revise online but the efilling website asks for 15 digit acknumber ,but my auck number only 12 digits starts from year 2017

now revised i.t.return not possible.

now The facility to upload Revised Return for the returns filed manually (Paper Filed Returns) is now enabled in e-Filing. Taxpayer are required to suffix '0' (Zeros) in case the acknowledgment number of the original paper filed return is less than 15 digits. Example - Paper Filed Return Acknowledgement Number is - '1123456211', in eFiled return the taxpayer needs to suffix the Acknowledgment number as '112345621100000'.
