please provide me revised format of audit report and is it compulsory to prepare cash flow statements for all the companies i.e private companies also

no it is not mandatory to prepare cash flow for all companies..it is a provision contained in new companies act 2013,,as we prepare accounts for f.y.2012-13 with companies act 1956 it is mandatory to those companies for which as3 applicable
