YES AUDITOR CAN MAKE THE REVISED REVISED AUDIT REPORT
BUT THAT SHOULD BE BEFORE THE ADOPTION OF AUDIT REPORT BY SHARE HOLDER IN AGM,

Yes, Audit Report can be revised. There are different guidelines issued by ICAI for the same which apply according to the method / requirement for which the modification is needed.
