i have file a return asstt yr 2009-2010 last year. but i have submit the dudction in of 80c & 24(b) jointly. but department has not been considered the deduction of 24(b). Can i file the revised return of asstt yr 2009-2010

21 July 2010 I think that you have received intimtion u/s 143(1)or order /s 143(3) of the Income Tax Act in which ITO has disallowed the deduction u/s 24(b). You may file appeal or rectification petition u/s 154 of the Income tax Act.
