20 June 2008 I have filed e-tds return but there are some mistakes so, what is the procedures filing for revised return and in what time limit

There is no time limit for filing revised TDS return.

PLease visit the following website to file revised e-TDS return :

and click on the link provided hereunder

Correction statements: Corrections required in the regular quarterly statements can be furnished by submitting a correction statement in the prescribed format. The following utilities can be used to prepare correction quarterly statements:

e-TDS RPU (ver 1.6) for form 24Q/26Q/27Q/27EQ (1st. 2nd, 3rd & 4th Quarters) (VB Based)"

20 June 2008 No, There is a limit for issuing the TDS certificate to the party for whome u deducted the TDS, if u deducted the TDS on or before march, then the last date for issuing the certificate is 30 apr. otherwise Rs.100/- per day will be the penalty.

Please filed the return ASAP.
