06 June 2012 I have one querry which is as follows.

AMIT & ANJALI are partners having partnership FIRM AB Industry.

By the instructon of Amit Chartered accountant has filed revise audit report and revise return of AB industry with use of digital signature of Anjali. And Anjali was unaware of the fact that revise return has been filled of his firm with the use of his digital signature.

Is here any violation of act??
As C.A has made revise audit report and filed revise return in mala fied manner without knowing to the other partner(Anjali).
Is C.A shaould feel guilt of his profesional misconduct?? in which AS or provision?????

Which Auditing standard will bacome applicable???

07 June 2012 It's not only professional misconduct under CA ACT, 1949 but also offence under Indian Penal Code. Can you let me know what is your relation or anti-relation with that CA.
