for the revise return what are the documents to be submitted, since the originals had been already submitted with IT dep.

if u wants to file revise return, do change Revised Return instead original Return in the general information in the ITR and fill the bank account no.

You provide the information about the original such as acknowledgement not and date of filing the return in the revised return. There is a column in the return form for this purpose. The original return along with annexure will be treated as the part of revised return.
