when Service received from Outside India.
in above case we (Pvt. Ltd.) are liable to pay service tax.

Please guide me which service is to choose form the list of 120 services while registration.
whether it will cover under:
Code 120 : Services not cover under above 119 services.

Please clear me.....

03 September 2013 Any services you are received from outside India and place of provision will be taxable territory then liable to pay service tax under reverse charge system.

22 July 2025 The government provides a list of 120 taxable service codes.

Since imported services can vary widely, if the imported service falls under a specific service in the list, choose that code.

If the service does not clearly fall under any of the specific 119 services, then choose Service Code 120: 'Services not covered under above 119 services'.
