01 August 2017 if we charge reverse charge mechanism on freight in the month of july. I want to know that can i claim reverse charge mechanism in same month or paid in july and claim in next month aug.

of section 31, subject to the payment of tax; credit of RCM is available subject to payment and hence credit available in Aug
