The goods or services or both covered under section 9(3) of the Central Goods and Service tax you need to pay GST and goods purchase from unregistered under section 9(4) are exempt till 31st march 2018.
Thank You for your advise and i have one doubt in this we are using Unregistered Professional Consultant services whether we have to pay GST or not and what is the rate
