The goods or services or both covered under section 9(3) of the Central Goods and Service tax you need to pay GST and goods purchase from unregistered under section 9(4) are exempt till 31st march 2018.

If that professional are advocate then you need to pay tax under RCM otherwise no need to pay GST.
