Whether reverse charge applicable when interstate rent paid from october 2017

No, as the above transaction ( supply between registered person and un registered person ) will cover u/s 9(4) of CGST Act,2017 and the same has been suspended as per the recommendations made by 22nd GST Council Meeting

The suspension is applicable from 13/10/2017 to 31/03/2018.
