Revers charges shows in gstr-2a

01 July 2019 Sir,

We have got services from transporter Paid fright as per bill amount. so can we need to pay RCM.

We have paid to three Transporter.

First Rs.24000/- Portal Shows IGST Rs.1200/- ( IN A GSTR-2A)
2nd RS.20000/- Portal Shows IGST RS.1000/-
3rd Rs.25000/- Portal shows IGST RS. 0

02 July 2019 If the transporter charges 12% IGST or CGST & SGST @ 6% each, then no RCM is applicable for the recipient. If the transporter charges less than these rates then RCM is applicable.
