In concurrent bank audit how can i detect revenue leakage?

Hello,
To find out revenue leakage, following areas you can do audit.
1.In respect of Cash Credit Account,whether penal interest has been charged for non submission of stock statement and whether software has been calculating correct amount of interest w.r.t to sanction letters.
2.In respect of BG and LC,whether commission has been charged or not?
3.In respect of SB and CA account,whether service charges in respect of RTGS,NEFT Service and Stop payment charges has been collected or not?
