where should i submit the acknowldgement if returns for the assessment year 07-08 has been e-filled by me in the current year ?Whether Banglore or at Income Tax Office.

Mohit, you can't file it now.. income tax site will not accept your return for 2007-08, you need to file it at Income tax office of your city.
