12 January 2015 DEAR SIR, ONE PERSON DEAD WHICH IS TAX PAYER. MY QUESTION IS IF PERSON DEAD, AND TAX PAYER OUTSTANDING DEMAND IS RS.670 FOR F.Y.2010-11. CAN I FILE REVISE RETURN? OR CAN I IGNORE IT ? 2. IF PERSON DEAD THAN IT IS COMPULSORY TO INFORM IT DEPARTMENT.

it is mandatory to pay the taxable amount to it department as per sec 159 more details for same can be refrred.
