Hello sir, i bought a property for which there are 2 buyers and 3 sellers. While filling the TDS, my CA divided the TDS in 2 sellers only. As time was less, we filed the correct TDS again.
Now we are looking for refund of the TDS which was filed incorrectly. Kindly advice the procedure for same. Do we have to first apply for corrections on TRACES and then request for refund? The Challan is showing to be Fully consumed.
