26 June 2011 is it necessary to have sign of a C.A. on return of a salaried person with sole income of salaries.

27 June 2011 Signature of C.A or C.S is required only for filing of Returns of Companies with R.O.C.

For filing of any return under the Income Tax Act no signature of C. A. is required. Only in cases where there is Tax Audit then the name and registration number of the C. A is required to be mentioned in the return which is filed on line.
