20 October 2018 income tax return for f.y 2017-18 can be filed or not without penalty ????? if income is below rs 2,50,000

20 October 2018 If the Total Income is below Rs. 2,50,000/- for the Assessment Year 2018-19, there is No Penalty for delayed Return filling. But if Total Income is exceeding Rs. 2,50,000/- even though there was no tax liability, the Penalty of Rs. 1,000/- for delayed Return filling have been payable.
