CAn I filed I T Return for Ay 2010-11 now, if yes up to which date, any penalty there

For A.Y.2010-11 IT Return could be file on or before 31-3-2012. If you file it now it is invalid return and will not consider. However if you received any intimation under section 142(1) to file income tax return for such year then valid.
