29 August 2012 i filed return electronically for a.y.11-12 after due date the tds detail was not filled up as the tds crtificate was not recived till date.Ialso not submitted ITRV till date .can ifile the return again originally manually as i have not submitted ITRV.

29 August 2012 As U have not submitted the signed ITR-V within 120 days from the date of E-filing for AY 2011-12, it is deemed that u have not filed the IT return.
Still U can file the IT return electronically mentioning the the TDS details properly and will get refund provided the signed ITR-V is sent immediately after filing.
