27 July 2011 Hello...

My friend get income from Profession or Technical Service and calming Refund in his return but my question is In 2010-11 his got job and he get job under probation Period.

So, Which ITR is fill up?

27 July 2011 Probation period is Temporary employment which is not confirmed yet. but since it is employment income under this will come under the head salary.

If your friend only earning income under this then ITR 1 or 2 depending upon other sources and capital gain income.

if your friend is also earning as an profesional or let say his TDS u/s 194J has been deducted the itr 4.

Only Salry ITR 1 or 2
only Busines or Salary + Business then ITR 4

28 July 2011 Though your friend is employed under Probation, still Income will computed under the head "Salaries". As he has Business/ Profession Income too, advise him to file ITR-4.
