22 December 2009 We have filled Income tax Return online before 30th September-09 without digital signature but due to mistake we could not submitted copy of acknowledgment at Banlore office of Income tax within 60 days,we had dispatched acknowledgment of our return through courier in time but Income Tax department not accepted and refused copy and returned us so, we have next time dispatched copy of acknowledgment through ordinary post and that received by Department on 08-12-2009.

So,delay in time to submission of acknowledgment, I have asked the department what should do at our end for this matter then department call me to file revised return and send revised copy of acknowledgment.

So, I kindly request for above confusion, what should we do for next process.

Pl. give me advise for that urgently.

22 December 2009 you have file the return of income online, but unable to submit the acknowledgement with in time.

It mean's haven't file the return of income at all,

you cann't revise the return,

however you file the belated return,

22 December 2009 If you filed retun but not submitted then in the sense you have not filed the return. So further you have to file newly as belated return but now you dont missed to send the Ack. to Bangalore.
