13 June 2015 person has D.j income that received in cash..he has not return of a.y 2013-14 n 2014-15..he wants to take a loan..can we filling this 2 years return with submit back filling date????assume a.y 2014-15 ka return date April k date mar k file kar sakte hai????

13 June 2015 He can file only AY 2014-15 and 2015-16 without late fees. (refer sec 139(4) of Income Tax Act, 1961.)

If he wants to file the other returns, he has to pay a penalty of Rs. 5,000/-. That too, it can be done only manually.
