02 September 2011 An Individual having salary income below exemption limit wants to file returns of last 3 years .Is there any problem in filing one by one 3 returns in same day or same month.

02 September 2011 YOu can only file return for March 2010 & march 2011 only. No problem if u file in same month or day both the returns.

03 September 2011 There are some Income Tax Act 1961 restriction

03 September 2011 Belated return can be filed only upto one year from the end of the assessment year and so there is restriction of two years.
