Sir,
My friend expired on 12/07/2014.during his life time he did some work and get some commission. TDS has credited in his PAN. He left his parent only. his parent want to claim i tax refund out of his decease son TDS. Question is who can fil the return?

His legal heirs can file on behalf of him.
Also they can take credit of the TDS.
