Return filed but receiving messages from income tax

22 May 2015 I have received twice message from Income tax 1st message on 20 April(i.e. Dear BAXXXXXX2E , this is a gentle reminder for you to submit signed ITR-V form to CPC Bangalore to complete the process of E-filing of Income Tax return) and 2nd message on 21st May i.e.(ITR V of PAN BANxxxxx2E for AY 2013-14 not received at CPC as on 19-05-2015, please file within 120 days of filing of the e-return) have filed the return for 2013 - 2014 and 2014-2015 together with my Chartered Accountant & i don't know if he has done online or offline filling income tax return. Due to some reasons couldn't file the return for the 2013 - 2014 so did it this year. Kindly advice what to do with this messages i am receving on my mobile.

22 May 2015 After filing online return, an acknowledgement would have been generated in Form -ITR-V, same has to be get printed and need to sign by assesse send to CPC Bangalore
