16 January 2013 I Never File Return yet. Now I have required last three years return file record for loan purpose. can I RETURN file for last three years at once?

16 January 2013 yes u can file the return for three years after paying interest, if there is tax and penalty (mandatory).

16 January 2013 MY INCOME IS LESS THAN LIMIT SO WHICH TYPE OF INTEREST I HAVE TO PAY?

16 January 2013 if income is within the slab of 160000 or 180000(as applicable) then no interest will be levied but if return is not filled by the end of assessment year then the penalty is levied at Rs 5000.

16 January 2013 for f.y. 2009-10 time has expired for filing.

for f.y. 2010-11 if nil tax liability then no problem otherwise interest on late payment & Rs. 5000 penalty as well

for f.y. 2011-12 if nil tax liability then also no problem or if tax liability then only interest needs to pay and file your return
