Hello Sir Good Morning , Sir I Have Filed Regullar I Tax Return But Sir Unfourtunattly I Have Not Filed Itax Return On A.Y 2010 - 11 . My Income Is About 1 50 000 /- Net Profit . Can I Have FIled This Year I Tax Return. Department Demand On Penelty On THis Year Late FIling Return . If YEs How Amount In Penelty. Kindly Suggesh Me Its Urjant.

Bhavesh you can file your AY 10-11 return till 31.03.12 , now time limit is expired, but you can file your return on notice form IT Dept
