18 October 2012 Dear sir i submit the return A/Y 2011-2012 of rs,120000/-dt.01/02/2012 WITH demand refund OF Rs,11000/- but the commission income of Rs, 52000/- AND t.d.s Rs, 5000/-is not shown the original return Pl, help me &give me a advise with sec under income tax act For How possible totel T.d.s.refund RS<11000/- +5000/- =16000/- because the original return submited dT.01/02/2012

20 October 2012 revise the return as soon as possible. it is only belated return that cannot be revised. had u filed ur return after 31.03.2012 then u could not have revised return.
