if we paid RCM in cash and after that can we adjust it in the same month balance outward tax in provisional return 3B
outward tax+tax on advance tax-inward tax=net tax-RCM paid in cash

You can't adjust the RCM in the same month, RCM has to paid in cash & adjust it in next month.
