Plz clarify if a person has filed his income tax return before 20 years but as his income was not fall within tax limit he discontiued 20 yrs. before he received a notice but after satisfactory reply it had solved. now he wants to file the return plz tell cah he or how many previous years return he can file still his income is not fall within tax limit of 250000/-
