Can i fill the return of nil tax ,without any providindeduction. i mean to say Suppose profit 1,65,000/-,Expenses-32,700.Total Income after Expenses 1,32,300/-.Whether income tax depatrment accept the return or not , if not then please tell me the section.

Yes, you can file nil return if your net income does not exceeds taxfree limit.
