now can we file income tax return of financial year 11 -12 .
is there any penalty.

IF YOUR GROSS TOTAL INCOME IS EXCEED BASIC EXEMPTION LIMIT AND NOW YOU CAN FILE THE RETURN THAN PENALTY CAN BE LEVIED U/S 271F OF RS 5000/- AS DISCRETIONARY POWER OF ASSESSING OFFICER. OTHERWISE NO PENALTY WILL BE LEVIED IN OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.
