03 September 2012 im filed the returned for off line AY 2011-12 but not get refund yet. now my question is that can i file the return on line for same AY 2011-12 to get refund?

03 September 2012 No.Check with the IT office where you filed your IT return and inquire about the status.Accordingly you act to get the refund.But before that pl.Check Form No.26AS for the details of taxes paid in your account.Better go alongwith that copy and original TDS certificates with you and consult with the ITD where you have filed the return.
